No! You're not a bad person, just an honest one and that's an admirable quality. Hehe, yeah, gotta love a clueless Sophie. It's like the show doesn't hint at it a lot anyways and if I just happened to put on my slash goggles and look too far into things...

Come on though. I can't be the only one who noticed that little scene in The Top Hat Job. Sophie made some comment about being glad they didn't 'Have to worry over office politics' and the camera shows Eliot next making an interesting face that screams 'You so know he's not into you right? Cause yeah, mine' then slips over towards an oblivious Nate. It was the same episode I think that Sophie made a comment about Nate needing to find a girlfriend and Nate doesn't say anything but turns and looks at Eliot.

Oh sorry, babbling.

Aww yay!! I am encouraging a new kink. That just makes me so very proud, you have no idea. There will definitely be more Caring!Eliot, Hurt!Nate going on soonish. They're going to need to loving when I'm done with them.

Arggh! How sick is that I just wanted to pounce on Sophie when she was taking advantage of Nate's unconsciousness to paw at him? I'm reading it and my mind is screaming for her to get her hands off of him! He belongs to Eliot! Sigh.

But the last part, the cuddling in bed, oh girl, you're just pushing all my buttons. Can we have more soon? Please?

Oh he is so Eliot's! Sophie needs to be put in her place when it comes to him. I love the girl, really I do, but she needs to learn to take a few hints and back off of what's not hers.

Hehe, glad you liked the last part. I was afraid it would get too cutesy but dang if they aren't precious together and it kind of wrote itself there. There will definitely be more scenes like that. I just wreck our boys world a little first.

Chapter 4 is on the works. Hopefully it'll be done soon *crosses fingers*

I didn't intend to leave a comment until I'd finished reading all the chapters, but I think you've really got their characters down pat. And of course, h/c is one of my favorite genres in fanfic. Really curious to see what the mysterious military experimentation was all about and how's it's going to impact Nate. Love that this is a Nate/Eliot pairing.

One little suggestion, I think there was a small slip of the fingers when typing out this sentence in pt.3 'Nate settled back with a relieved laugh successfully ending the barter.' I'm sure you meant to type banter, not barter. ;-)

THANK YOU SO MUCH! So glad to hear you are enjoying how I characterize the cast. I live in constant paranoia of making them OOC accidentally so it tickles me pink that someone thinks I have them right *bounces happily up and down*

Love H/C too... obvious. It's just so much fun to write and read. Guilty moment of honesty- almost all the stuff I intend to write has a Nate/Eliot pairing. I just love them as a couple and their moments in the show.

I really liked Parker in this chapter. And the banter.
