The third one you're thinking of, Tilly Masterson, does indeed end up dead, at the hat of Odd Job--but Bond never sleeps with her (as far as my recollection, Wikipedia, and mi6.co.uk tell me). That was the weird thing about doing this list. So many girls that I thought would count for the totals ended up disqualified. If you expand it to "Bond Girls In General", I think the toll ends up way higher.
