I can't imagine how lonely and desperate to be loved you'd have to be to live like that. Good thing that he and Rory always seem to find their way back to each other.

I hope that Dean NEVER AGAIN has a mustache without a beard. It makes him look like one of those prissy, snooty Frenchmen who only tip 10% in a restaurant.

*LOL* He's supposed to have a scruffy little beard there. I think Jared's moustache came in faster or thicker than his beard at that age.

Dean's hair actually started getting longer almost immediately after he and Rory broke up. From then until the wedding it was due to depression (I'd wager), but post-nuptials was because of your reasons.
