i personally love the idea of it.
i realized today at school how ignorant and unknowing a lot of people are by insulting homosexuality after seeing the GSA signs posted around.
im, without hesitation, joining.it shouldnt matter whether someone else is homosexual, bisexual, straight,

I think the whole Gay Straight Alliance thing is pretty dumb. People make a big deal out of homosexuality, but it's dumb. If you're gay, nobody really cares. I'm really sick of straight people making fun of them (and being serious), and I'm equally (if not more) pissed off at gay people who make a huge thing about it. Nobody gives a shit that I like girls, nobody gives a shit if so and so likes guys and is one. Making it more public won't solve anything.

yeah i totally agree that it shouldnt be made into a big deal, and i dont think the GSA idea is trying to make it a big deal, but today i heard so many people talking horribly about homosexuality, even an occurance of "we should make an anti gay club" and after hearing that it just made me feel better about there being a club trying to help peole accept homosexuality..

The GSA is trying to support all different types of life, not just homosexuals. It's trying to unify people regardless of their sexual preference.

This is Mike Maddock - First off Evan yes you you do use the word gay and fag. Those of us who are white and not homosexual dont get any shit from anyone. To say that something like the GSA is dumb is beyond ignorant. I think everyone who can actually throw around being gay as a joke should take some time to see what this is all about. I cant wait to get it rollin here in scarborough.
