I worked the whole day one time, until it was dark outside. And then I came home and David gave me a fitness test; he had to see whether I was still burning calories at the rate of fit people. And then I had to burn them.
The thing with being cold and tired is, you kind of forget all about it when you're hot and sweaty. As long as you don't think about how much this sucks while you're doing it. But I'd recommend doing the exercise in the morning, if possible--it gave me kind of a rush that way.
