I think that this may be the best place I've looked at so far for continuing my education after the BFA. They offer the old school of studio art, and are right up the road in Oakland. The only thing I don't like is that they aren't a fully accredited school, so I would only be attending for personal enrichment; no degree could come out of it.

I should have probably used the ginger ale instead of V8. This tastes like some demonic salad dressing.

I really want to commit to classes this fall, but school is probably going to be too much in the way of that. However, if they have lockers available I'll be more than happy to commute up there. Ramble ramble.

Bearing in mind that when I could drink it was either hard liquor from the bottle or sweet crap...

My favourite drink used to be chocolate milk with Frangelico. MMmmmmm hazelnutty choco milk.

And if you get sick, even your puke tastes like chocolate! WIN/WIN!

Oh lord. Those are super-cheap, too. And they can be made into slushy ice cubes! *runs to store*

random_girl's favorite:
Chinese New Year
1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Peach Schnapps
3 oz Pineapple Juice

Shake all the ingredients and pour over ice. Preferably in a tiki mug. Garnish with paper umbrellas and maraschino cherries. Lori usually has a double and remember that the more paper umbrellas and maraschino cherries you use means the more you love the person you make it for.

Gin and Tonic the way my dad and I make it:
2 oz Gin (I use Bombay Sapphire)
the juice of 1/2 a lime
12 oz of tonic water

Squeeze the lime into a highball/normal sized glass. Add the gin. Pour the tonic water over the top. If you don't keep your tonic water in the fridge, add a few cubes of ice before you add the tonic water. Really, it's almost a Lime Rickey, but we just call it a gin and tonic. We have yet to find something more refreshing.

I've had a gin and tonic before, I found it interesting but not really the sort of thing I'd repeat again.

Lori's favorite drink sounds divine. I will have to slip this recipe into Eli's cookbook.
