The dress arrived. It fits. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg. However, it's not too flattering now that I've got it on. Well, the bride will look great. Isn't it always like this? Bridesmaid dresses may look frumpy, but the bride will always be gorgeous.

At least it's a dark purple color. I kind of like that shade.

I am in the wedding party. My future sister-in-law has sent a picture of the purple and black strapless dress she found at Forever 21 and wants us to hunt down at our respective Forever 21 locations.

I sure hope I can find this thing.

The coursework for the MAT program is really not so bad. There's just so much of it.

I would like to sleep for three days straight. That would be my perfect vacation. Not see you lovely people, no offense, but just sleep.

In other news, Craisins are freaking awesome and I dare you to dispute this.

This is to say that I am alive and I am working on all my school stuff so I can enjoy my weekend in Jax. I now open up the floor to everyone's favorite caffeinated study drinks or non-caffeinated study drinks or routines in general for studying. My brother set a date! He set a date a while ago, but somehow this didn't stick to my mind. But I asked him again today so I knew when to ask for time off. It turns out he's getting married on 9/11, which falls on a Friday. I find that kind of weird timing, but maybe that's why he was able to get affordable wedding plans. And Plan Marry!Caesar! My EDUC6100 class, which is more about teaching in general as opposed to my English-related teaching classes, has this textbook about creating inclusive classrooms. Basically it deals with diversity of all kinds. Every single type of diversity I could run into at school from the multicultural side to the disabilities side and so on.
