first, glad everything went well and that i am somehow part of the crew that supported you.
second, we are super happy to have you moving to the neighborhood, and it is really convenient. plus you can jet back to weycom to hang prety quickly, i think you'll be happy over here, close to the train, the city, the burbs, your work, sarah's work, your fam, and sarah's aunt's place. can't lose!
third, if you need some loaner furniture until you get situated, we have a few ikea dressers and some bookshelves and stuff in the basement. most of it is going to sal at some point but if you need something, holler.
fourth, we're hoping to get a dog in the fall also... but keep in mind that they're mega expensive, especially up front with like buying pee pads or a bed, food, getting shots, and so on. might be worth waiting since you said your financials are a little tight at the new place, just some advice since we're in the same discussion.
