I think the rhetoric about unconstitutional is quiet funny... there are bigger fish to fry in Indo-US relations than 2-bit Modi

Ahhh.. but my friend the man who made kargil and jihad possible was head of state na? as opposed to apna modi (whatever be his aspirations) ... and rest assured, India will deny some congressman or somebody a visa :)
