He was done, when his staff left.

I have been telling my coworkers that Perry will win the nomination. No reason to run and get into the race. Just wait to be asked and slowly walk right on in. Let everyone else fall all over each other.

Yeah, sure seems to be that way. From what I understand, many of the Gingrich folks that walked in the first wave were Perry people. Given that Perry has added South Carolina to his summer schedule seems to indicate that he's ready to go...
