Sooo saw the physio guy today. Apparently my hips were out of alignment which made my knees take more of the brunt of the impact than necessary, causing my knee joints to lock. He said it's very common with runners and that he could fix me up - sweet. He did some crazy adjustments, dude was straddling me at one point - quite comical and did some

I am really enjoying it! WE started intervals of 3 minutes running to 1 minute walking and are up to 6 to 1 now... by the end of the clinic we are supposedly able to do 10K non stop!
Anytime you wanna go to the gym or something let me know as well! I have some free "buddy passes" to Oak Bay rec where I go.
