I think any color you just gotta mix it with water to get it lighter.

if you do go with SFX dilute the hell out of it and only leave it in for maybe 10-15 minutes. I used to leave that shit in for 45 minutes when i had screaming atomic pink hair and it was SUPER BRIGHT, but if I was lazy or in a hurry and left it in less it wouldn't dye nearly as dark.

I used Atomic Pink with an assload of conditioner, and my hair was that exacty shade.

wow i might have to retract my below statement. i had atomic pink in and tried washing it out and bleaching it, and it stayed just as pink :(

I had my hair white blonde first, then used LOADS of conditioner and mixed in tiny amounts of Atomic Pink at a time. It faded out after about a month.

<3 that color! Wish I could weigh in on how best to achieve it but I ended up with that color by accident when my stylist put fire engine red streaks (Chi something or another) in my hair. She was not pleased, I was giddy.

well atomic pink when bleached doesn't even get that color.

i think cupcake pink might do it, but you'd have to get it white white white first.
