your question about the brain thing sounds like me.
im convinced i have psychosis. i think way too much about things i know most people dont think about. its really hard to describe and very strange. my mind feels like its lightyears ahead, but light years behind at the same time.
but that paragraph sounds a lot like what happens to me as well
