I have most of that stuff already (and what you have that I don't is a good idea). I keep it all in a backpack under my desk, and work on the bag of bags principle (so e.g. all the first aid stuff goes in small bags that go into a larger first aid bag). The backpack and smaller nylong bags all came from thrift stores - Value Village always has lots of little satchel thingies for cheap. The whole bag is kind of heavy but I don't have to carry it far. I also have things like: - a couple of towels (remember your Hitchhiker's Guide - it's a sling, a bandage, a pad, a pillow, a wiper-upper, a scarf etc.) - a small pry bar - vice grips (multitool is good but it is not a good wrench/gripper) - 50' or so of rope
I also keep snacks and water in my desk because I get hungry during the day. And I always wear sensible walking shoes or boots anyway.
