Our systems run with scarcely the slightest hitch. It is always quite weird watching America find complications in a process that we can't imagine having any complications to it.

Oh, I don't know about that. I've looked at the UK political process, and while there's not many things in this world that confound me, the political structure ya'll have is a rare exception.

Our system is fairly straightforward. Basically two parties with a major election every 4 years. It's only a few crooked politicians who try to throw a wrench in the system, but it usually works itself out in the end.
