If the employers (and the lout who designed the exercise) didn't see that coming, they deserve to lose $1.2M (or whatever) for (a) incompetence, (b) inability to observe their employees. I see they've given up this team-building exercise, since it got them sued (twice so far). And since when does alientating members build a team?
Well, if the employee didn't walk out before she bared her bottom, then she's kinda stupid as well. I mean, GAH! The whole thing is ripe with idiocity. One might think it was kind of obvious what was about to happen there, why didn't anyone do anything before the bottoms were bared? :/
Sometimes one sees the idiocy of going with the flow too late. Or she may not have realised how she would react to its having happened. It's easy to get into a 'you must do what your employer demands' state. But yeah, it looks like idiots abounded, and forethought didn't.
