Yeah, so finally got to my computer for the first time in about 4 days this morning. And I'm happily greeted with the news that Wicked was nominated for 10 Tonys this week. And a surprise as well, Avenue Q, possibly the wrongest bit of theatre ever written, was nominated for 4 Tonys, including Best New Musical, the biggie

Wicked is a great musical, and Idina Menzel in particular deserves recognition for her performance; I'm still in awe of how she can peg emotions perfectly in her songs.

And good luck with Midsummer. It's one of my favorite ones that I played in when I was still acting, because it's so frenetic. I don't know if you find it the same, but to me it always seemed like a Tom Stoppard play in terms of energy levels, which means you can really cut loose at times... but it's Shakespeare!

I haven't been on stage in quite awhile, but was Puck a few times in Midsummer Night's Dream -
