The Perpetual Orgy

A  novel by Mario Vargas Llosa , a Peruvian writer and a onetime presidential candidate (he lost to Alberto Fujimori). A story of good boy forever in love with a bad girl. Definitely worth reading.

Guess I'll have to get this one since you are the 3rd person to recommend it :-)

Critics call it 'the remake of "Madame Bovary"'. I think you will enjoy it.

Interesting.. Did not know about this writer before. Some critics compared him with Kortasar. Well, if yes - it's definitely worth reading.

I found few novels at http://lib.aldebaran.ru/author/losa_mario/ but the one you recommended is absent..

Some critics speculated he might turn out to be this year Literature Nobel Prize winner. But it did not happen.

Is Vargas Llosa's book in question "The Perpetual Orgy" or "The Bad Girl"?
