One more tulip... I've been asked a few times if this picture was faked, but noooo, I swear by my X-Files obsession that I only resized it and gave it a border; other than that this photo depicts the reality (some weeks ago) in my grandpa's garden.

I don't have a green thumb - it's rather black - but I love flowers. Taking pictures doesn't harm them AND conserves their beauty. :)

OMG, girl I'm seriously in love with those last two pics. Don't get me wrong, the others are gorgeous, too but those last two are particularly fascinating. Yay for water drops on plants!!! :) I've never seen the bleeding heart flower before, it's stunning. What a beautiful idea of your grandpa to put it on your grandma's grave!! ♥

The bleeding heart is a great plant! I've always loved its shape. I mean, it really looks like a heart that bleeds/cries. Amazing that nature thought of such a plant.

My grandpa is obsessed with the grave of my grandma. (I can understand it to some extend, they were married for over 40 years and loved each other very much.) He would have gone on and on with his search, even if the only plant available would have been in Berlin or even farther away.
