Spring break officially ends in one hour and twenty minutes, which is really sad. Louisiana was quite an experience - it felt good to be helping, but at the same time there was this prevailing sense of hopelessness. I expected to see...I don't know, volunteer workers and government workers at the street corners - an idea which I didn't consider to

Im envious in a sense, and proud of you. Proud for obvious reasons, and envious that i didnt have the opprotunity to go help as well, yet. Ive seen pictures, video and read stories, but im sure none of that compares to being there in person. As much as you seem to feel the time you spent there was infinately small, im sure every hour spent is helpful. Anyways, you're a good person for going, and we need to catch up, call me or something. Im in NYC for the week, gimmie a call in the evenings.
