Why, when I click on "random journal," is the vast majority of resulting journals in Russian?

Nowadays LJ is more popular in Russia than it is in the US! True story.

Also, if you keep up with news, you'd know that SixApart bought LiveJournal and then SixApart sold LJ to SUP. SUP is a Russian company.
