'ello there - I most certainly am reading this. Just thought you should know. I want a pub downstairs in my building. Hmmm... things to look for in future apartments!

Speaking of which, I've started working on Dave - I want to move to Harlem. Unfortunately, in another year and a half when our lease is up, the current gentrification of Harlem will have proceeded without us, resulting in far fewer apartments we could afford. Right now, we could totally do it. Sigh.
