We're hoping too, very much. Everytime it's on the news, we'd squint and see if she's caught by the camera, but so far... it's just a sea of faces and devastating images...

Glad that you're finally home, sucks about the cold though, it's the last thing you need. Have you heard anything about your neighbour yet?

Yeah, the cold is... unnecessary as far as I'm concerned. But the whole neighbourhood seems to come down with some sort of cold. Must be the freak weather we're having. Blowing hot and cold like that.

Sadly no news yet. The daughter is staying with me now, giving each other company, although I'm not exactly the best company in terms of helping her cope. But we're helping each other, I think. As for now we're thinking along the lines of 'no news is good news'...
