Life is rosy and it depends on how you look at it

Sometimes there are things and events you watch on television that you think would never happen to you, or people you know. Too horrific to imagine, too remote and distant: pictures on television, lives of people alien to you ( Read more... )

Hi sweetie, it's so wonderful to hear from you, and yes it is freezing cold in London.

I'm so sorry to hear about your illness, i'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers, you're being very brave in such a difficult time... keep on doing what you can no matter what.

While researching Dystonia I came across this website http://www.dystonia.org.uk/index.html it might help..

Anyway I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery, keep strong and know that there are people out here in cyberspace thinking of you.

*grin* how are you? *sends digi-hugs*

Thanks for the link, it helped too.

Heee.. I'm not very brave, but I remembered watching a documentary, quite a long time ago, about dystonia on 'five', and I thought they were really really brave. It's funny when I watched that documentary I thought: "poor them". Never in a million years I'd know I'd be one of them. Although, mine isn't as bad as theirs. And I thought: "Remember them? They're brave, so should I!" It's still in its very early stages and I the doctors said that I have a very good chance of recovering. Which is good news...

Thanks for your good wishes! :)

How are you? You're going to go on your holiday soon, right? You must be very excited!

I'm sorry to hear about your illness, sweetie. I'll be thinking of you. Having battled illness for the better part of my life, the advice I can give you is never let your illness become you, don't let it dictate who you are inside. *hugs*

*sends digi-hugs* thank you!

It warms me to think about all the good wishes and all! I do hope I'll be okay soon too! Being ill is very tiring. I'd prefer overtime at work any day!
