So I filled out the first part of my guide dog form application with Guide-Dogs for the Blind. I'm excited and nervous. So I filled out the on-line application and they will send me more paperwork in the mail. My ophthalmologist has filled out the paperwork that I was send in the mail with the paper application form last year but my part was ( Read more... )

I'm patient. btw: I do not celebrate yule anymore. I do celebrate solstice however. :)

Well I hope the scarf gets finished soon. I decided since I learned how to knit that I'd knit it up. I hope you don't mind little holes, which are my mistakes. I've frogged it too many times and decided to stop trying to make it absolutely perfect. I'm hoping to get it off the needles sometime this week, but you never know.

I'm crossing my fingers for you on the guide dog application.

(I need to renew my passport at some point too.)

I'm cool with getting holiday cards, just as long as they aren't religious (which I'll get a ton of those from both sides of our family; my family because they're snots, hubby's family because they don't know better). I'm hoping to get a Hanukkah card, as well as the 1-2 Yule/Winter Solstice cards I know I'm going to be getting. No Kwanzaa cards coming as far as I know.
