Well after all the anxiety over the home interview today, it went smashingly!!! I have been recommended by the trainer I had my interview with to get a guide dog, so all I need to do is get my full medical done and have my doctor send the paperwork, then it's up to the committee to say yes or no. Trying to stick to goals
So I've been a bit okay really lazy about trying to lose all this access flab that I have acquired in the last year or so, but today I put my foot down and did a 20 minute pilates workout. I'm happy that Friday has come and gone and thanks for all those who showed me some support it was very appreciated! I'm feeling a bit better, well I'm not sure if it is better might just be numb more than better. Hey it's an improvement!
