Ok, everyone I talk to except a very few select ppl keep saying that War of the Worlds was the most amazing movie they've ever seen. Sorry, but it wasn't that good nearly. I mean, it was good, but just not that good. I liked the fact that it was pretty damn realistic with the reactions of the general public, other than that, it wasn't too great. Like how the guy's son was in that giant explosion and still lived. Then when they were in the basement of that guy's house, when they left, why the hell didn't they take the shotgun? I don't think any1 I know wouldn't have taken that damned shotgun. And then there's the fact that a couple of parts of that movie really were taken from other movies. w/e, in general it was a good movie and really cool, I just don't like the fact that everyone thinks it was the best movie ever. I'm still going with Batman begins as one of the best. Not THE best, but one of my favorites now.
