This idea popped into my head too after watching the episode - about Dean having to torture someone with Sam's face... but my idea was that Dean would actually torture him because there's no backing out of a deal once it's made, blah, blah, blah.

Your's is a billionty times better. Broke my heart. Great job!

Ooh, I did consider that, having Dean actually go through with the torture, but, really, my little heart couldn't take much more after watching the episode and Dean crumble. I probably would have started crying halfway through writing that one!
