I have this weird thing where sometimes I will get the urge and just spend like an hour cooking a big meal for myself. By the time I'm finished cooking it I'm sick of it and the idea of eating it. I've wasted a lot of food like that. I think that pretty well illustrates a lot of the problems I have.
