Are you asking if you only have three cards left in your woodpile or if you just have those cards left period?

If #1 - You are not allowed to reshuffle or change the manner in which they are being dealt out unless everyone else is stuck. Then everyone is allowed to move the top card to the bottom.

If #2 - Then you just flip them over and play as normal.

And Will... "What?! You did not learn this game from Nathan. You learned it from me!"

although, i avoid this game whenever possible, I go with the inclusion method, as from my youth of playing traditional solitary.
