san diego is such a large and diverse city that the only way i can tell which neighborhood i am in is by the language that makes up the signs for laundromats and restaurants. driving around here in north park, the constant loop of lavanderias, 7-11s and taco shops plays like the background of a second rate animation, and makes me feel completely ( Read more... )

So thanks to supremenothing, I've been reading The Comics Curmudgeon which is like the awesomest thing ever. This guy reads the comics in the paper, and basically says "wtf" when need be. It's hilarious.

Anyhow, as he gives a well-placed "wtf" on a particularly unfunny BC, people leave a sea of just as well-placed "wtf's" in the comments for the entry ( Read more... )
