Man, one more day of closing and I am through for three days. Woo-hoo! Work has been pretty uneventful lately. I've been learning some new stuff though. It has been slow with the storms and all. Tomorrow should be busy since it's a weekend night. Ugh. As long as my department is not trashed and we leave by 9:30 I'll be very happy. I get paid ( Read more... )

Trust me, you won't be disappointed! The main character... he can talk to machines! It's craziness, but blissful, quick-page-turning craziness.

I finally read Ex Machina #1 today. Pretty cool, although I'm not too thrilled by the artwork. I'm definitely going keep reading.
Y'know, if you love Vaughan, you should also try reading Runaways. It's a great comic. ;)

I did download the first issue of Runaways recently. I was intrigued, but then I got distracted with other things. I'll have to get up to speed on that. It was a pretty neat concept. I didn't mind the art in "Ex" really even though now that I think about it everyone looks a little deformed... but yah. Yay for Vaughan!
On a side note, do you know when Teen Titans 13 is coming out? It was supposed to be next week but now it's not on any shipping lists. I'm pissed!! I read on the DC TT message board last night that they are replacing Robin with Spoiler!Robin... ??? Gah! No!!

Yes, Steph!Robin will be in the next issue. If it makes you happier, a lot of people seem to think she'll be dying in the upcoming War Games crossover. *g* Which.. would suck. I want her to stop being Robin, not die...

Haha Love your icon!! I almost peed myself when I read that...

Anyway, Steph might die?? Hmm... I'm not really a fan of her, but I don't wanna wish DEATH on her. A lot of people think they won't kill her off because of the whole Jason Todd thing and it would just be a repeat of the same event kinda... I hope they don't do it. Maybe she turns evil or something... I think she'd make a cool villian. When does War Games start? August right? And how is it a crossover? Just different DC worlds?
