I wish I could get the tax break. Mom's a tax accountant, so that's the first thing she looked at. The problem: if you are single, you can only get $4K, and only if you make less than $75K a year. If you are married, you get the $8K, but there's still the income thing, which is LESS than twice $75K.

Now I ask you, what sense does all that make? Sigh.
