So far not helping. Still feel like shit and still have the urges. I hate feeling this way.

It burns. Put the glass bong over it through my pants and it soothes it. Does it matter if it was a good or bad thing once its done? Cuz... Im not sure, but i cant change it.

Well, I did the thing I shouldnt have done... Did it work? We shall see I guess.

If I hurt myself, will it make this pain and hurt go away? Probably not.

I dont even know where to start. Was off my meds for almost a month. Been back on them for about 2 weeks now. The urges are bad. I want to hurt myself, very very often. I cant control the tears. Just can't help feeling broken and unwanted. Like no one could ever care. It hurts.

Feeling this alone hurts. What am I suposed to do?

And to think for a while it felt like I wasn't drowning. Now here I am again, feeling as under water as ever. I'm trying. I constantly feel like I am failing though. Wish I could find some balance. :(
