Do you think a person can get the same benefits from jogging 10 minutes @ 6 times a day as jogging for 1 hour once a day?

I don't think so - I think your heartrate doesn't get high enough and stay high long enough to have the same benefits in 10 minutes as in an hour.

I guess if there is no other way for you to exercise at all its better than nothing. With that said I'm with your other poster...I think most of the benefits rely in getting your heartrate up and staying up to see the true benefits of exercising that long.

I think it depends on how you're jogging but overall, I imagine the benefits will be different. If I were jogging for an hour at a time, I would run more slowly than if I were only going out for 10 minutes. So an hour-long effort would be more sustained and would help improve my cardiovascular conditioning. But let's say I ran several 10 minute bursts at a faster pace. If I run hard enough, I still feel like I got a reasonably good workout in.

Either way is better than no jogging at all so do whatever works for you.
