last week, one of my staff emailed me on sunday to tell me she was quitting, effective immediately, meaning she wouldn't be there monday, despite knowing that we probably wouldn't be able to find coverage on such short notice. i won't even go into how shitty, selfish, and unprofessional that was, because surely anyone with a brain and a conscience ( Read more... )

heheh. i've been saying things like this to myself (about her) for a week now. it makes me feel better to laugh at her. which, i realize, is not very nice or mature of me, but it's better than wanting to knock her head off.
