We are definately NOT out. Mediated. BC Labour law says when a mediator is appointed neither a strike, nor a lock out can occur. F*cking sucks, I wanted a strike.

No... we're in fucking limbo until they get a deal to vote on or talks break down. 48 hours after we (a) vote down a deal or (b) talks shut down, we're out.

This means Wednesday at the earliest. It could still happen.
