um... good question... so I had kinda figured I was going to be going back to office work temping and then keeping the Lusty for two days a week (with the dream of putting the extra money toward laser eye surgery maybe?) while continuing to hope that the right job shows up on craigslist someday and that I'm miraculously qualified for it as well.

I'll try and post a "Kaylee's Guide to Visiting the Lusty Lady" sometime soon and then post what my hours are for the week.

I am not yet on FetLife, but my account is scheduled to be created with the help of Red a week from Friday. I'm trying to decide if I'm going with a pixiepaige like username or a kaylee related one.

Oh, hell, if you like the Lusty and it's paying you enough...why not? But keeping up the resume and experience with volunteer work is a great idea.

Work 40 hours a week and die...The formulae for our lives aren't as constrained as all that.

Your icon is the same one as a friend of mine who would be probably the last person in the world I'd nominate to be working at the Lusty...but it might be feasible that she'd be posting about looking for another job, so man oh man, was I ever confused for a few minutes! It'd be like finding a post on my LJ about skydiving.

No, no skydiving. Marginally more chance that you'd find bungee jumping, but it's not a high one. Roller Derby...I'd love to learn how to skate, actually, but I'm such a klutz that I've hurt myself whenever I've tried!

Until I developed the fibro, I was aggressively fit and did a lot of things that would now seem out of character. Like back-country hiking and whitewater rafting. I've been thinking about learning to ride horses so I can go out into back country and on trails without my legs being quite functional. Or renting an alpaca or donkey to carry a pack (yes, you can do that!) or even getting a service dog to carry things. Being constrained is really annoying!

Oh, and my gmail ads for this suggest bungee jumping in New Zealand. If it meant I got to go to New Zealand, I might even bungee jump.
