To say I've been obsessing about this topic is an understatement. My opinion, based on The Internet, is that working on neck strength, butt, hip abductors, and hip adductors (in that order) is the best place to start. It strengthens posture, makes cardio easier, and allows for more symmetrical muscle growth from further weight training, or just extra cardio.
