It was regular old betty crocker "add some butter and an egg" cookie mix. I rolled it out nice and thin before I put it in, and cooked it on parchment paper. It just happened to work out well. Mom used to make "cookie pizza" when we were kids that was this, but with marshmallows and peanuts and such on top. I guess if you roll it out thin and even, the whole thing cooks okay.
