So far I know two people who lost their apartments in the fire. They both were living in the same complex but I had not seen either in years so I didn't know they were both there.

Just got back from voting.. my location is only about 800 feet from my house, so I took a nice walk. The weather is awesome today... and there is a Starbucks across the street so I played frogger to get some coffee.

I am considering taking some more general education classes just because I feel like my mind has atrophied. I can spot a shitty font from a mile away, but I don't feel like I am thinking. Maybe I just need some good book recommendations.

My $400 printer is smearing black ink into any color immediately next to it. Looks like that extended warranty I bought is going to come in handy. I have cleaned the heads too many times to count, made sure it was set to the correct paper weight, tried all the different quality setting, have replaced both blacks since it started... I weighed in this morning at 156. This puts my BMI from 29 when I started to 25. I am almost out of the "overweight" category, and I am pretty much at my goal that I set for Halloween... I am 1 whole pound over at this point.

I am about half way to my long term goal now.
