So far I know eight couples who are getting married between now and July 2006. If I know you and you're planning a wedding in 2006, even if I'm not invited, I request that you just go ahead and let me know right now. That way I can stop being freaked out by how many people I went to high school and college with that are getting married.

Mark and I have tenatively set the date for July 2007. (But this is probably no big surprise because I've been engaged now for almost two years!) This is still pretty hush-hush and we haven't started planning yet, because you know me and my cold feet. ;)

i know two people my age that are getting married within the next six months. and i'm only 19! the scary thing is that most of my friends are a lot older than me, but these are the young ones. man...

That is nuts. I had no idea who I even was at 19, let alone who I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I'm still struggling with these things at 24!

Oh, I forgot to mention... remember Amanda Mossman from high school? She's getting married this December! She asked me to be her bridesmaid, but being in China and all I couldn't.

And there's another girl from high school named Lizette Chavez (she was in Spanish with us, but I don't know if you knew her), she just got married in August.

I totally second your notion on the getting old thing... I'm getting kinda freaked out myself.

I knew about and included Amanda's wedding in there. Fortunately I can't include yours since it's in 2007, but do realize you and Mark make NINE couples? I am mostly entertained by this because the idea that I could know I wanted to be with someone FOREVER is really... foreign to me.
