I had panic attack today. I haven't had one in years. Well, it was a good thing David was there to help me and stuff. I think I should go for a little walk right now, y'know, clear my mind and get out of the house. I better do it soon before David's dad gets home, considering that if I stay here, I'll be spending another weeknend doing nothing
