Gah, lovely. Really lovely. Perhaps it's because I don't spend a lot of time in the HP fandom, but I don't hear much about how hard it must have been for Sirius being sorted into Gryffindor, how much his family wouldn't have liked it. And the Romeo and Juliet quote really got me too.

Ah, I really liked this! I especially liked all little glimpses of all the questions and issues and conflicts that will shape these men all their lives in their eleven year old selves. And that detail of Remus' disproportionately big hands was wildly evocative and weirdly touching. Really lovely work!

That was lovely. You don't often see fics that explore how Sirius' first days of being a Gryffindor must have been, and I think you've done a wonderful job of conveying how helpless and scared he probably felt. And your Remus is just perfect. I love the relationship you've created between the two of them. Well done. :)

the fic was wonderful!

I love all the details: remus who didn't want to go away and kept insisting, Sirius who was sad for having betrayed his parents etc.

The story is very well written and the language is very nice. i loved it!
