most people arent very open right away, if you sit and talk to them, or get to know them better it becomes alot easier to understand what they are feeling. even if you dont want a relationship or to give off that vibe, it never hurts to justget to know them better by spending some time with them.
you are referring to the "don't want a boyfriend paragraph right? sorry took me awhile to see where exactally you were responding to.
I don't really expect people to be really open right away, but if we were dating I'd want to know him well enough that he was willing to be open. If he were an aquaintance/didn't know me well then we probably shouldn't be dating anyway. I was more focusing on the aspect in which people just assume that the other person can just read their mind. So, they stop communicating, or having meaningful discussions and it drops from a inspiring level to merely kisses before class which gets old fast. I'm kinda worried that I do tend to lead guys on or atleast that seems to be their first impression of me pretty offen... It'd be nice to have guy friends you could hug and not feel guilty about (guilty isnt exactally the right word)
