my knee injury, and the jerk from work

i had an appointment with the orthapedic surgeon and he examined my knee. for those who don't know, i dislocated my knee cap when i twisted it, almost 2 years ago. i was standing while rocking a baby. he was screaming and squirming and i felt myself losing my balance. split second thinking made me realize i could NOT drop this baby even if it meant
