I like this plan! :) I've been trying to figure out how to do something like in this series of articles to help motivate me in my non-day-to-day work life. We'll see if it works!

That looks really cool, and a smart way to motivate. And a VERY smart way to manage. Clarity was one of the tougher things I've had to deal with as a peon. Or rather the lack of clarity on how I could reach the work goals they set for me.
