Wow. My stress level is out of control. I turned in my first story last week and had a million papers to grade.

I also interviewed and got the position as Fiction editor of the North Texas Review. They wanted to offer me Editor and Chief, but I declined. I'll do that next year. I am a badass. A very tired badass.

This week has been hell. I haven't had a moment of peace. It's been nice out in the country, but I haven't had internet acess all week which has kind of driven me crazy. The end always makes me tear up. Always! It's ingrained in me, like how my mom always crys when she hears Queen's "Who wants to live forever". I once walked in on her playing tetris and crying listening to it on repeat. hehe.

I keep obsessing about an herb garden. I want an herb garden in my own place. The more I travel from place to place to fulfill my parent's needs to see me, the more I crave my own place, with my own schedule.
