I just finished reading this on AO3. It's the first 30 Rock fic I've ever read, and I don't think I even realised how much I ship Liz and Wesley until I read it. But I just wanted to thank you for writing it - it made me laugh, and you got Liz's characterisation down so well. I just enjoyed it so much! :D

Thanks so much for taking the time to write me a review. It really is about 50% of why I write fanfic. Of course, I like to figure these stories out in my head and the writing process is fun ... if not frustrating at times, but it's also the feeling of knowing others are reading and possibly liking what I wrote. Not everyone writes reviews, so when someone does I really do appreciate it.

Funny, I had forgotten that I originally wrote this story here before deciding it might get more eyeballs if I posted at Ao3. If you are at all interested in more Liz/Wesley fic I know that dollsome has an account there and posted her fics of that pairing. There are more from other authors, but I haven't read them all. Glad I was able to open you up to Liz/Wesley. In my mind they should end up together. Who cares about Criss lol

One of my livejournal friends has a link to lizwesley in the sidebar of her journal, so I just decided to check it out, and saw your fic. I was a little hesitant because I've never read fic for a sitcom before, only dramas really, but I read a couple of paragraphs, and I could see that you were writing in the same tone as the show, and that it was really funny!

That's funny. I posted there and got no response and even posted to ask if the community was still active and again no one responded, so I just stopped posting links to my fic there. Glad to see that my story found someone through that community.

I always remember the first 30 rock fic I read and how I was surprised that yes, you could write fic that was funny. It was refreshing to find something that was funny and in character for the show. I tend to want my fics to be as like the the tv show, book or movie as possible ... well, except I do like putting characters together that aren't canon (Liz x Wesley), but still if I'm reading 30 rock fic I want it to be funny.
