1. Flat apple pies. They're...interesting. I hope they turned out okay.
2. Greatest invite to anything, ever. Ever!
3. Annapolis. Movie may have gotten two stars and be a hokey "yay military camp, yay brotherhood and bonding" film, but it's plenty charming given a high enough dose of DayQuil and tea.

New year, all sorts of things are brewing. Most of which I'm not keen on talking about here...because some things are best said in person, or over the phone, or at least in some form of one-to-one direct contact.

But the more things change, the more they stay the same.

At home, packing Christmas presents and clothes into my midway broken suitcase. All alone this year; worked my normal shift today, will work Christmas day as well. Oi, do I have a huge backlog of photos to work through. I'm taking faster than I can weed through and edit- slowly burying myself in a digital image-file landslide. Spent some time chipping away at the pile tonight....I've uploaded and tweaked pretty stuff!

Just very, very tired. And cranky. And busy with the work and the not sleeping due to my brain being bonus-fun...car's broken twice in the past two and a half weeks. Family members keep needing fairly drastic medical attention. Close friend lost a loved one. So I'm getting cranky, or more accurately surly, and slowly becoming a hermit.
